Jennifer is the hosts the Women Leadership Nation, Breaking Barriers Podcast, she is reinventing herself and launching a new business consulting practice to support all hybrid professionals and leaders, and is preparing to launch a new podcast called Hybrid Leadership Nation in early 2025.

Jennifer's academic achievements further solidify her expertise. She recently earned a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, focusing on leading in a hybrid workplace. Her doctoral research, "Female Leaders’ Lived Experience of Transitioning to Leaders of Knowledge Workers in a Hybrid Workplace Model," has provided her with deep insights into adapting leadership styles for hybrid environments. Her extensive professional experience includes roles such as Director of Economic Development & Cultural Services for the City of Vaughan, where she led initiatives that significantly contributed to community and economic growth.
