Dr. Jennifer Ladouceur is an expert in hybrid leadership, dedicated to helping hybrid professionals and leaders in the knowledge economy achieve career and self-growth while also creating more Unified Hybrid Workplaces. In addition to hosting the Women Leadership Nation Host, Breaking Barriers Podcast, she is reinventing herself and launching a new business consulting practice to support all hybrid professionals and leaders. 

Jennifer is also writing the first of a series of hybrid leadership books focused on navigating the hybrid serendipity gap and how hybrid professionals and hybrid leaders can leverage the power of serendipity to grow their careers and achieve their personal goals in the new future of work.

She is committed to helping hybrid professionals and leaders successfully navigate the new hybrid workplace model, and companies create a unified hybrid workplace where everyone can thrive professionally and personally and where the new flexible operating structure enhances corporate culture.

Jennifer's academic achievements further solidify her expertise. She recently earned a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, focusing on leading in a hybrid workplace. Her doctoral research, "Female Leaders’ Lived Experience of Transitioning to Leaders of Knowledge Workers in a Hybrid Workplace Model," has provided her with deep insights into adapting leadership styles for hybrid environments. Her extensive professional experience includes roles such as Director of Economic Development & Cultural Services for the City of Vaughan, where she led initiatives that significantly contributed to community and economic growth. 

Her competencies in strategic thinking, problem-solving, public speaking, and stakeholder communication are complemented by her emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience, making her well-equipped to guide hybrid professionals through the challenges of the evolving workplace. Beyond her leadership ventures, Jennifer's dedication to empowering others is evident through her numerous speaking engagements, including a TEDx Talk, and her involvement with influential networks like SheEO/Coralus and MOGUL. Her accolades, such as the “Women of Influence Award” from Universal Women’s Network and the “Women of Distinction Award” from YMCA, further validate her expertise.
