Certificate Program

Developing the Strengths of a Unified Workplace™

The Certificate Program consists of five (5) modules, with each module typically delivered in a  

1-Day session. Employers can customize their journey by selecting three (3) of the 12 available elective modules. The Certificate Program begins with a discovery session, which provides clients with a Unity Report that highlights existing strengths and areas that require more attention.     

This report recommends modules that will give them the greatest measurable impact.  


Participants take a journey of self-discovery, learning how to leverage their strengths

and overcome obstacles, as they strive to take their careers to the next level; while 

contributing towards creating a culture of unity.

Based upon Dr. Elias Porter Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Relationship Awareness Theory the TotalSDI assessment focuses on identifying personal strengths and their underlying motives as a key to understanding people and improving relationships with ourselves, in teams and in the community/organization. 


The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a powerful tool for understanding the motives and values that drive behaviours (the why).
