This 2hr session allows for a high level of engagement. It will help you, and your teams understand where you are today, your internal and external environmental factors, and examine potential strategies to create a more Unified Workplace. 


You and your team(s) will begin drafting specific unity goals and understand how to identify potential barriers and opportunities while determining effective strategies to guide your performance to meet your goals for achieving a more inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and innovative corporate culture.

Jennifer Ladouceur is the President and Co-Founder of Women Leadership Nation Inc. and is deeply committed to helping organizations tackle the gender gap and create more Unified Workplaces. She is a thought leader, innovator, researcher, and educator who has been recognized by Insights Success Magazine as 1 of 20 successful businesswomen to watch in 2020 and has won the Women of Influence Award in the entrepreneurship category.


Jennifer obtained a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University and is an instructor with the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute responsible for the development and delivery of several programs including Innovation & Design Thinking for their MBA course.


She holds an MBA from the Athabasca University, completed the York Entrepreneurship Development Business Incubator Program, obtained a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership at York University, a Graduate Diploma in Management at Athabasca University, an Economic Development Certification and designation at the University of Waterloo, and studied business at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. 


She is extraordinarily diverse and has experience as a senior leader in both the public and private sectors. Jennifer is working on her Ph.D. at Walden University, where she is studying leadership and the impact COVID-19 has on leadership, gender diversity, innovation, and the future of work. 


Jennifer is also a passionate public speaker who has delivered hundreds of presentations, including speaking at TEDxVaughan.
